Refund Policy

Credits are digital content used to unlock premium features in DraftFoot. This policy explains when refunds apply. It does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, by purchasing you ask us to make them available right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for any credit once it has been used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
2. Faulty or undelivered features
If a premium feature fails because of a fault on our side (for example the AI verdict does not generate due to an error), we will restore the credit or refund it. Just contact us.
3. How to request a refund
Email thehperm@gmail.com from (or quoting) the email on your account, with the approximate date and the pack purchased. We aim to respond within a few days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Discretionary refunds
Outside the cases above, refunds are at our discretion. We're a small project and will try to be fair.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
